According to studies, women who start their menses much earlier and their menopause much later in life are likely to develop breast cancer. Concurrently, women who after menopause use hormone replacement therapy are also at risk of developing the disease. There is also the argument that birth control pills may cause breast cancer. Nonetheless, there is no concrete evidence in support of this.
